I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with PuroClean. This is the first insurance claim we'd ever filed so tensions were high & we had several questions along the way. Gage did an incredible job of keeping us informed & guiding us through the process. Kyle & Eric were instrumental in getting our flooring replaced as soon as the product became available. PuroClean as a whole assisted in making this as stress-free as possible. Whenever I couldn't get an answer from my Claims Adjuster (which was 95% of the time), PuroClean stepped in to answer questions & even worked with the Insurance company on my behalf! I hope to never require water damage restoration services again, but if I do I'll be giving Gage & the PuroClean team a call. 10/10 would recommend to a friend. ~ Brad K

Our insurance assigned PuroClean to come get 1/2" of standing water out of our basement. They are located an hour away from our house. Eric, Ryan, and Ethan showed up within a few hours of us reporting the basement flood to our insurance. Professional, quick and thorough, and friendly towards the kids (felt like they were friends here on a visit doing some work and that made us feel good and less like a customer, more like a friend). Smiling faces coming in to deal with the mess in our house seriously helped bring my frustrations down because they were calm and informative. Came back the following day and found the basement dry, as it should be. I highly recommend PuroClean for water remediation. ~ Heather G

I highly recommend the PuroClean team. They helped me in FL with the aftermath of Hurricane Milton's water intrusion. One day after speaking with my insurance agent, Adam was onsite to assess and recommend a mitigation plan. He stayed engaged thru the enture process. Next day, the mitigation crew (Adam and Gage) did the demo in a neat and tidy fashion and set up fans, checked them daily, removed as quickly as possible where they could, and by day 4, all dry. They then reinstalled my baseboard, including touchups and caulking, sweeping, and even moved furniture back, rehung pictures, and fluffed couch pillows. We had sewage in our crawl space due to a clean out blowing out due to a blockage in the in our lateral sewer line. The plumber suggested contacting Brian at PuroClean to come and neutralize the odor from the dirt. Brian cam by the same day called, looked at the situation gave his suggestions and we agreed on a plan. Once the plumbers repaired the issue, Brian can back on the agreed date and time. He completed the work in a very timely manner. We are extremely happy with the responsiveness and the professionalism. We will use him in the future if needed and will defiantly recommend him to others. ~ Dan A

After our sump pump quit on us I called other water damage mitigation companies and it was going to be a couple days before they could come out and assess our basement. I called PuroClean and Christina called me back within a few minutes and showed up within a half an hour and started the process. Nick came out the next day and started tearing out the carpet and pad. Both of them were very helpful and very kind. They checked on our basement every day until it was dry. Puroclean repaired our water damaged ceiling in a timely manner and made the whole process easy to manage. Their communication was clear and concise, and the crew was professional and respectful of our home. They used drop cloths to keep the area clean, removed the wet drywall in the ceiling, and thoroughly checked for mold. They replaced the ceiling drywall, taped, mudded, and primed it, and the finished result looks great. The quote was accurate and easy to understand. Dishwasher failure flooded our kitchen and basement. PuroClean came out quickly, developed plan, and kept us informed every day while they worked on our house for nearly a week. They identified additional problems for us to follow up on with other contractors, but never once tried to upsell me on anything. Text updates for arrival and departures, and next steps, and a thorough explanations of plan and progress were way above and beyond expectations. 10/10 customer experience and quality of their work. I highly recommend PuroClean of Bloomington. My husband fell in our bedroom this morning (Sunday) and got a very nasty cut on his head. Needless to say our carpet & bed looked like a crime scene. While we were at the hospital getting stitches our daughter called PuroClean of Bloomington. About 6 weeks ago I had roots in the sewer line & it backed up into my basement with nasty sewer water. My daughter & son in law were here visiting from Texas & they knew Brian had this business & they called him & he promptly sent people to do the cleanup. There were some cabinets that were ruined & they took them away for me. They totally cleaned & purified the entire basement & did a wonderful job. They brought dryers with them to dry the basement . During the most recent severe storm, water leaked under my windowsills, causing what looked like bubbling on my plaster walls. Based on quotes I got from other companies, I was preparing myself for major mold, mitigation, and reconstruction under multiple walls. PuroClean was my final quote, and they completely turned my experience around. Kyle and Eric came out, and instead of immediately pushing for a tear out and reconstruction of the walls, Kyle asked if he could drill some holes in the wall and use a camera to inspect behind the wall first. He showed me that everything behind the wall was in great condition. My house was built in the 1950s. There Was no sign of moisture or mold by the walls. He helped find the source of where the water was coming in, and the water was really only trapped between layers of paint and the plaster walls. Thanks to him I saved practically $6000 in repairs I did not need. He came up with some great cost effective solutions that made sense. I’m truly grateful for them and that they took time to really investigate. I highly recommend!!!! ~ Ben W

I was visiting my mom when the sewer backed up into her basement. Her plumber came and fixed the sewer line, but we were left with a big and filthy mess to clean up. It was more than we could handle, so I reached out to Brian at PuroClean of Bloomington. Brian immediately responded to my call and was able to start the cleanup promptly. His team arrived right on time and they were very polite and professional. They were able to haul away the damaged cabinets and furniture and did a very thorough clean up of the impacted rooms. After finishing the clean up, they disinfected the whole area. What a relief to know my mom's home was clean and safe again! The team left industrial dehumidifiers and fans in the house for several days to make sure everything dried out properly and we wouldn't have any mold. I'm so glad we called Brian. He and his whole team were so caring and they took the time to answer all of our questions. They left the house spotless. We couldn't be happier! What a great, locally owned and operated company! I called puroclean Saturday when my mother's basement flooded. I didn't expect to get help on a weekend but 2 young men, gage and nick showed up in a couple hours.they were so professional and polite. I felt very comfortable with them. They vacuumed up all the water and put dehumidifier in till Monday. When returning they checked everything. I would recommend them to everyone. ~ Shelly H

No, we had a flooding issue from a toilet and needed to dry our home out. Fast gauge was able to come very quickly to our home. Identify what we needed and get it all set up. He arrived to pick up the fans at the time he had said he would he was very polite both times he was knowledgeable and he went out of his way to make sure that we understood all that was going on. Puro Clean was fantastic to work with! We discovered on New Years Day that our sump pump had stopped working and our basement had flooded. Brian immediately got on the phone trying to help us get a plumber and came to assess the damage. Gage, Ethan and Ryan were the technicians that came out to clean everything up.
